Hi blog followers and blog readers,
For the next month I'm afraid you'll only have access to Cara's blog (crazygodgirls.blogspot.com) because I've been having some 'problems' with my blog. Sorry for having to do this but hey, I'm a busy girl!

Healthier Then Normal Chocolate Bars
- ½ c. room temperature coconut oil
- ½ c. cocoa powder
- ⅓ c. raw honey
- 5 tablespoons stevia
- 1 tablespoon of love from your heart
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Be sure that the coconut oil isn't melted or the honey will sink to the bottom. You can increase the honey by a few tablespoons if you like your chocolate really sweet.
- Mix in any add in ingredients. Some do well processed right in the food processor, others you'll want to stir in with a spoon or sprinkle on top after pouring.
- Pour into a mold or spoon dollops onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Your servings yield will depend on what mold you use or the size of dollops. Sprinkle the stevia on top of the chocolate bars.
- Chill or freeze until completely solid, about 20-30 minutes.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
- Notes: Love from your heart means your cooking because you love to cook

Chocolate Cake (Kinda healthy)
6 tbsp. moist-style devil’s food cake mix
2 tbsp. egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
2 tbsp. light sour cream
¼ tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp. powdered sugar (not packed)
1 tsp. light vanilla soymilk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or fat-free milk
2 tbsp. egg whites or fat-free liquid egg substitute
2 tbsp. light sour cream
¼ tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp. powdered sugar (not packed)
1 tsp. light vanilla soymilk, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or fat-free milk
1. Spray two microwave-safe mugs with nonstick spray. Evenly divide the following ingredients between them: cake mix, egg whites/substitute, sour cream, and baking powder. Add 2 tbsp. water to each mug, and mix until uniform. Stir 1/2 tsp. chocolate chips into each mug.
2. Microwave one mug for 1 minute and 45 seconds, or until set. Repeat with the second mug.
3. While the second mug cooks, immediately run a knife along the edges to help separate the first cake from its mug. Firmly place a plate over the mug, and flip so that the plate is on the bottom. Gently shake mug to release cake onto the plate. Once cooked, repeat with the second mug.
4. Let cool completely, about 15 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar with milk, and stir until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cakes, and top each with 1/2 tsp. of the remaining chocolate chips. Serve with two forks!

Really Awesome Recipe For Yummy Candy Cookie Hamburgers.
I've tried making these myself but they made ended being a huge mess so I'm going to give you the recipe and some pictures from offline.
Mini Burger Cookies
- 20
- vanilla wafer cookies
- 10
- grasshopper fudge cookies
- 1
- cup shredded coconut
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1
- (4.25 ounce) Betty Crocker red decorator frosting
- 1
- (4.25 ounce) Betty Crocker yellow decorator frosting
DIRECTIONS
- Place coconut in a small Ziploc bag and add some green food coloring. Shake around until food coloring has absorbed and turned the coconut green.
- For each burger you will need two vanilla wafers as the buns. Place a small dot of frosting on the bottom bun and then place your grasshopper cookie on top to look like a hamburger patty.
- Make a circle of red frosting on top of the grasshopper cookie.to look like the tomato or ketchup. Drizzle a little yellow frosting for mustard. Top generously with your green coconut to look like lettuce. Finish by placing second vanilla wafer on top as the top burger bun.
